We take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.

Our Commitment

At JE Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care. We value your feedback — positive or negative — as it helps us maintain and improve the service we offer. If something has not met your expectations, we want to know and we will do our best to put it right.

How to Raise a Concern

In the first instance, please contact us directly. Many concerns can be resolved quickly and informally at this stage.

Please give as much detail as possible about your concern, including the date of your appointment and the nature of the issue.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving it. We will then investigate your concern thoroughly and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. If we need more time, we will let you know and keep you updated on progress.

Confidentiality

All complaints are handled in confidence. Information about your complaint will only be shared with those directly involved in investigating or resolving it.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may wish to contact one of the following independent bodies:

  • The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) — the regulatory body for registered nurses and nurse prescribers in the UK.
