Your Appointment

JE Clinic is a sole-practitioner, appointment-only clinic. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or no-shows directly affect our ability to offer that slot to other clients.

Cancellation Notice Required

We ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations with 48 hours' or more notice: no charge
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: a cancellation fee may apply
No-shows (failure to attend without notice): a no-show fee will apply

Any fees charged will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Fees may be applied against a future appointment at our discretion.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please do not cancel via social media messages, as these may not be seen in time.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, in the interests of other clients, your treatment time may be reduced or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. A late-arrival fee will not be charged for the first occasion.

Prepaid Treatments and Courses

If you have prepaid for a treatment or course of treatments, the cancellation policy applies equally. Missed appointments within a course may be forfeited without adequate notice.

Illness and Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that illness and genuine emergencies happen. If you are unwell, particularly with a contagious illness, please do not attend your appointment — contact us as soon as possible and we will reschedule without penalty.

Our Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment (for example, due to practitioner illness), we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the earliest available alternative appointment.
